February Theme Announcement

This month, as part of our ongoing exploration of All That Surrounds Us, we turn our attention to nature and the environment. Not as something distant or abstract, but as something deeply intertwined with who we are.

Rather than viewing nature solely as a resource or a backdrop to human life, we invite reflection on how our relationship with it has evolved over time. How did we arrive at this moment, where connection has so often been replaced by consumption? What beliefs, systems, and habits have shaped the way we engage with the natural world today?

By listening, learning, and reflecting, we open the door to doing better together.

Human existence itself is the result of an extraordinary chain of events unfolding on this small blue planet we call home. We are not separate from our ecosystem. We are a part of it. Yet in forgetting this, we have too often taken more than we give, using and abusing the very environments that sustain us.

This month, we explore what it means to truly observe our surroundings. We ask how we can rebuild a more conscious and respectful relationship with the natural world, one rooted in care, responsibility, and curiosity. By listening, learning, and reflecting, we open the door to doing better together.
